This group is for people interested in learning more about developing great experiences for their customers, improving the design of their services or products, becoming customer-centric or generally getting to know a lot more about the concept of design-thinking. We're interested in going beyond entry-level concepts and tools and invite experienced practitioners to share their knowledge.

Our purpose is to hold regular meetings where we can learn new skills and tools and share our experiences, challenges and wins from applying these concepts and ideas.
We start socialising at 5.30 and begin the session at 6pm for a 7pm finish.
