This group is for people who are interested in learning more about developing great experiences for their customers, improving the design of their services or products, becoming customer-centric or generally getting to know a lot more about the concept of design-thinking. If you are a business owner (service, manufacturing, B2B or B2C), staff member, or a practitioner in this area then join us. Our purpose is to hold regular meetings where we can learn new skills and tools and share our experiences, challenges and wins from applying these concepts and ideas.
