Do you get sweaty palms when you try to explain your business to someone new? At networking events do you want to curl up in a corner in a little ball and whimper like a kitten? Or do you run around handing out cards to anyone who will take one? Or do you collect as many cards as possible so you can run them through your card scanner and promptly forget who you actually talked with? If you answered YES to any of these questions then the Calgary Networking and Referral Business Training Forum is the place for you (NetRef for short). At NetRef we will have a monthly training session to help people overcome their fear of networking or their lack of etiquette and understanding when it comes to developing referral markets. We will also get a chance to practice what we have learned and do some networking in a safe nonjudgmental environment.
