You may have heard the term, but thinking to yourself What exactly is House Hacking? Simply put House hacking is when you buy a small multi-unit real estate property, live in one unit, and rent out the others.

The concept of house hacking is simple. But actually executing a house hack and maximizing your personal benefits can be a little more complicated. Finding the deal, getting a mortgage, saving the down payment, managing the tenants, dealing with taxes, and handling maintenance can seem overwhelming.

At the upcoming REIA meeting, Andrew is joined by House Hacking expert Shantanu Kamra and Newbie investor Phil Kaluza. They will both share there experiences with house hacking.
