Join us for our regular Toastmasters club meeting
• What we'll do At the City of Perth Toastmasters club meetings, almost everyone who attends has a chance to speak in some capacity whether giving a prepared speech, an impromptu 60 to 90 second answer to a table topic question, an evaluation of another speaker, or one of the other roles. Guests are always welcome to participate too. There are no instructors instead; members evaluate one another’s speeches, evaluations, and roles. This feedback process is a key part of the program’s success. Participants learn to conduct meetings and develop skills related to time keeping, sharpen listening skills and learn communication skills by working through the Toastmasters Education Program. • What to bring • Important to know Email us at [masked] and join us at our next meeting.

What we're about

Would you like to gain confidence in speaking and communicating with others? Do you dread giving presentations at work, or speaking in front of an audience? If you answered yes, to one or both of these questions, City of Perth (COP) Toastmasters club is the place for you!

At COP Toastmasters club, you will learn how to communicate effectively and deliver flawless presentations! Each meeting is a learn- by-doing forum in which participants hone their speaking and leadership skills in a friendly, supportive and pressure free atmosphere.

COP Toastmasters is one of the oldest Toastmasters clubs in WA that has been helping members develop speaking and leadership skills since 1986. Our club is comprised of people from diverse backgrounds and ages. We are drawn together by the desire to improve our communication and interpersonal skills; and welcome anyone with similar aspirations.

We meet the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, at the Holiday Inn Perth City Centre function room, located 5 minutes from the Perth Underground station. The meeting starts at 6:15pm. You also won’t be hungry at our meeting as we are a dinner club; that means we break at half-time to share a social meal together.

Come along to a meeting and learn what Toastmasters is all about!
