Dynamic Meditation is one such technique popularized by Osho (1931-1990) a contemporary mystic whose teachings have inspired millions of people from all walks of life.
Dynamic Meditation consist of 5 steps
1. Chaotic Breathing: The first step is ten minutes of chaotic breathing.
2. Explode: In the second step, for ten minutes you have to act out all your madness.
3. Jumping Exercise: Exhaust yourself using Jumping exercise.
4. Freeze: Be a witness to everything that is happening to you.
5. Celebrate: With music and dance express whatsoever is there.
