What we’re about
Evanston Chess Club provides relaxed, congenial chess to adults age 18 and over. Some members like slow games, others prefer blitz. Our focus is on enjoying chess. Our club includes players from beginners to masters. We are now a City of Evanston program, so you can visit once, and then join for $65 a year for Evanston residents and $85 a year for non-residents, payable at cityofevanston.org or at the Levy Center front desk. Sets are supplied, please bring clocks if you like to use one.
