What if we approached it in another way? Instead of looking at agile practices and scaling those - how do we go back to first principles and apply them throughout the whole system? More importantly - how do you as a leader role model it? In this session, Tony shares stories and tips from years of agile transformations at multiple organisations.

Tony Nguyen, Equal Experts

Tony’s journey began at a software start-up called Altiris where he helped grow the team from 10 people in Sydney to 600 worldwide over a 5 year period. That experience included an IPO and then subsequently an acquisition by Symantec. In 2007 he relocated to the US and spent 6 years working and travelling the globe, running Program Management and Engineering divisions across multiple geographic locations, including Australia, India, Europe and the US. In 2013, Tony returned to Australia to raise a family and has been focused on Leadership coaching and Enterprise transformations at Optus, Westpac and CBA. He is passionate about growing phenomenal leaders, teams, and businesses.
