What we’re about

If you are looking for an effective way to reduce stress, increase energy and improve mental clarity, join us for some peaceful Falun Gong meditation exercises. We are a group of Falun Gong meditators in New South Wales who have each benefitted from the practice, and we look forward to sharing the benefits with you. We have classes in suburbs around Sydney and regional areas that are all are taught by volunteers.

The classes are suitable for all levels of experience and are always free of charge :)

Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) is an ancient Chinese qigong practice for cultivating the mind and body. Cultivation of the mind/heart are guided by the universal principles of

 Zhen (true, truth, truthfulness)

 Shan (compassion, benevolence, kindness, goodness)

• Ren (forbearance, tolerance, endurance, self-control)

Cultivation of the body is done through practising the five gentle exercises, one of which is a sitting meditation. The exercises and meditation work on the energy circulation of the body, opening the energy channels to allow natural purification of the body over time. With the combination of easy-to-learn exercises and simple principles, this holistic way of life is renowned for its incredible impact on health and approach to balancing modern day stresses.
