What we’re about
Welcome to *Fine Dining the Bay Area*.
This is a group for anyone interested in Fine Wine & Dining. Our intention is to keep trying new and different restaurants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
We started this group to meet other friends that are interested in enjoying some of the finer things that life has to offer.
All wine and dining enthusiasts are welcome. This group is for both singles and couples, male or female. Anyone who is looking to meet with new friends or maybe bring the old friends ... are welcome to a seat at our table.
We always require the restaurants provide separate checks when the reservation is booked, however please be prepared. Often the representatives that agree to our policies at booking are not in the venue when we dine.
The goal is for members to only be charged for what they order personally. Often our members order plates to share but it is not expected or necessary - it's just exciting to taste so many different and new flavors.
If you are a MAYBE, please do not rsvp yes. Often things come up at the last minute. Please RSVP YES only if you have a high commitment level and think that you will attend so we can reserve the right tables for the group. You can always jump in on the day of the event if you decide you can make it.
In order to provide safety for our members, group membership requires that we keep a current photo of ourselves displayed as our profile photo so other members may identify and mingle with us at our events.
* If you are the personality type that cannot take your eyes off your phone for a meal with friends, you are very welcome to dine - PLEASE EXCUSE YOURSELF FROM THE TABLE to address electronics that need your attention. Our meet ups will always be social events.
