What we’re about
This group is for photography hobbyist to professionals. The only requirements are you have a camera and want to connect with other people that share your photography interest. What type of photography do we shoot? Anything and everything, events, landscapes, street photography, etc... We also have social activities where we can share work, talk about techniques and gear, and come up with ideas for future meetup shoots and projects.

Lets go for some hill top action via our semi-secret route up Welsh Creek Road to the Sunol high country.
The Eagles View and hill top area are pretty when its golden, we will walk up Eagles View and range from the end of the point to the first meadow on the Vista Grande trail. Since we drove most of the way up its not a bad hike.
The view is expansive and we will see a little of the Sunol burn scar in the distance. Its a good location for both B&W and color, the monochrome of the grass renders well in black and white.
There are a number of iconic hillside oaks and nice shots of Flag Hill and McGuire peaks, I never fail to come away with a good shot...
Please excuse my lateness, life has been challenging recently...
Lets meet at 1:30 at the Mission Park and Ride, leave for the trailhead at 2:00, arrive at 2:45 and be on top of the hill by 3:00-3:15. The park may close at 7ish so we will exfiltrate the area by 6:15-6:30.

Arrive at Trailhead: 2:45It will be warm and dry so bring water and a hat. The walk will be 2-3 miles in double and single track dirt trail with two mild hills.
