Humans make mistakes. We get together to talk about them.
We’re a storytelling community for people in Sydney and Melbourne, exploring the things that go wrong in our work and lives, and what happens afterwards.
Formerly FuckUp Nights Melbourne, we bring people together to share experiences that can be difficult to talk about. Hearing someone else’s story can help us understand our own and feel a little less alone.
At our events, invited speakers share a story in around ten minutes: what they were trying to do, what went wrong, and how it affected them. They reflect on what they learned and what they would do differently.
After each story, the audience can ask questions and join the conversation. Come to listen, bring your curiosity, and meet people who are figuring things out too. You don’t need a story prepared to attend.
