Gaia's Embrace is passionate about improving the community by providing emotional, physical and spiritual healing through integrative and alternative healing methods, such as Reiki, breathwork, crystal healing, meditation/mindfulness, and yoga to demonstrate to others that they are so much stronger and more powerful than they know.
