So you’ve got a nice guy in your life and you’re freaking out more often than you would like in your relationship. It doesn’t feel good. Insecurities, jealousy, sadness, neediness, confusion, anxiety, and anger may be some of the things that you find it hard not to react to. How do you keep your shit together in a relationship and just go with the flow? Led by a psychologist, Sometimes I Freak Out is a monthly support group designed to help women deal with their fears, doubts, and worries in a relationship. Find out what makes you freak out and the difference between men and women. Meet your soul sisters and indulge in the knowledge that you’re not the only one that feels this way. Learn how to use Mindfulness skills and meditation for self-awareness and self-acceptance. Learn how to regulate your emotions, stop your habits of reactivity and get out of your mind. Be the real you in your relationship. Group meetings are held at The indigo project psychologists office (Suite 401/55 Holt St Surry Hills) every 3rd Wednesday of the month between 6.30 and 8.00pm.
