You are invited to experience the magic of Online Movement Feedback classes Movement feedback at its core is energy healing, where moving in Quantum Field allows stuck energy to move faster for quicker results. You can set intention to get out of the class in mental, physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual areas.

In class, you have opportunities to dance or move freely. It doesn’t matter what exactly your movement is – it’s more about dropping the thoughts and allowing the body to integrate the energy. I provide feedback about energy patterns shown in your movement so you can move out of constrictions and expand your possibilities.

People go to the gym to exercise muscles, in Movement Feedback you exercise happiness muscles to stop suffering. You also get to release lots of stressful and painful emotions. Additionally, you are led to feel happy emotions in your body, and supported to connect to your true essence and to infinite love.

Angel Guided Energy Healing by Ingrid

I am happy to continue to offer energy healing sessions at Intuitive Wellness Center and have been doing so for over a year. I am a certified Reiki Master, I’m an Ordained Minister through Rays of Healing Church, hold a Polarity Therapy Certification, work with tuning forks, singing bowls, and work with crystals. In the beginning of each session I will start with hand positions that are similar to Reiki, as the session wears on, I will receive intuitive messages as to what hand position or other protocols to use. Hence the name “Angel Guided Energy Healing”. In each session I call upon your Higher Self to bring forth what you need to receive that will bring forth the answers or the healing that you are looking for. I also invoke Ascended Masters, Beings of Light, Angels & Archangels. In some sessions my clients report receiving messages from their own guides, a feeling of harmony, relaxation or lightness. If interested, I can draw some of the beautiful colorful images that I receive with my Third Eye. This is a nice piece for my client to take with her/him after the session which may help bring clarity to a situation, integration or balance.

Some reasons why you may want to receive a session from me, if you can’t seem to feel balanced & centered, you have been trying to received a message from Spirit but it’s not coming through clearly, you feel like your chakras are out of tune.

As an extension of my healing work I also hand-create jewelry using crystals, semi-precious stones and wire. I call this Inspired Jewelry as I first get a vision or dream & start creating the beautiful piece.
