It’s NEW: Nature Empower Walk! Please join us alone or with a friend to walk in nature and meet growth minded individuals. Be surrounded by the amazing sights and sounds of the great outdoors. Escape the hustle and bustle of life and settle into the tranquility Mother Earth provides.
Please wear sneakers, hiking boots, or other outdoor appropriate shoes.
Please bring water - hydration is important.
We will be on marked trails.
Trails may be muddy.
We will be in nature.
Hike will not be too strenuous; walking on relatively flat trails. There are tree roots and leaves 🍁 covering the ground.
Houses can be seen on parts of trail.
Dress appropriately and consider a hat.
I will be outside at trail head at the end of Lark Lane at 10:00am. Group hike begins promptly at 10:05am. Walk will last about 55 minutes. Plug 1652 Lark Lane, Cherry Hill into GPS.

Join us for a 60-minute Healing Circle, a nurturing space for self-reflection, connection, and renewal.

This session includes the soothing vibrations of sound bowls to promote relaxation and balance, and optional journaling to help you process and set intentions.

Please bring your own journal, a cozy blanket or cushion for comfort, and an open heart. Bring your own yoga mat alternatively a mat or chair can be provided for you.

Whether you seek clarity, peace, or simply a moment to recharge, this circle is designed to support your journey within. All levels of experience are welcome.
