Work out Wednesdays is all about hitting the middle of the week with some serious butt-kicking, fitness gaining, friends making fun! Our group meets behind Clovelley SLSC at 6pm for a 615 start. Training sessions go from between 45 minutes - 1 hour. Training is functional movement, circuit style training with a HIGH importance on social interaction!! Weather permitting, we incorporate a little bit of swimming the the agenda. And for those interested we head straight up to the Clovelley Hotel for their special steak night!
