
What we’re about
The general objectives of the club are:
• To educate the membership and general public in safe cycling habits and skills
• To promote interest in bicycling for recreation, transportation, health and sport
• To Establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with bicycle dealers, bicycle suppliers, other organizations and persons interested in promoting bicycling.
• LVVBC has a meetup group of over 1,000 cyclists in Las Vegas for cyclists to get out on the roads and trails and ride - LVVBC is also a dues paying organization that is a member club of the League of American Bicyclists www.bikeleague.org
• As a club, LVVBC provides insurance for all our club rides, monthly bagel rides and rides most days of the week throughout the year
• If you want to support cycling in Nevada and the Las Vegas Valley consider a membership in LVVBC - Individual memberships are $25 per year Senior memberships are only $20 per year. LVVBC Wednesday Morning Ride
Einstein Bagels , 8300 W. Cheyenne Ave.,, Las Vegas, NV, USThis week we'll do the route originally scheduled for last week. We'll head north on Ft Apache, east on Grand Teton, return west on Elkhorn, south on Tenaya, east on Tropical, and finally south on Ft Apache and east on Alexander. The route is 30 miles long with 850 feet of climbing, and will average a little under 15 mph. We'll welcome Sue to join us for the portion in NLV. The water stop will be at Teton Trails Park.
