What we're about

There is an old-time phrase that the Soul finds joy in the opportunities for fullest individual expression. This group aims to provide an avenue by which the Soul can find greater expression in your life.

It is for those who understand that the obstacles we face in Life have a purpose, that we are here to evolve so that we can overcome each and every obstacle in our path so that we can develop a successful career, create harmonious relationships, secure our material needs, maintain good health and find questions to Life’s greatest mysteries.

If we fail to live in harmony with the Intelligence of the Universe, we become a slave to fate and a victim of destiny unconsciously created; those who live in harmony with that Intelligence, become masters of their fate, become masters of Life.

Practical Spirituality is about learning to live in harmony with that Intelligence, putting techniques into practice to improve our own life and those around us, leading to a more integrated personality, greater success in our daily activities and a growing feeling of happiness and connectedness.

This group will focus on;

- bringing Spirituality to Life by putting it into practice

- techniques and exercises to give us greater control over our life and help us re-connect with the Source

- how spirituality worked in the lives of inspiring historical figures

- open forum discussions on topics of interest, to share ideas with people of like mind.

Eating for Life and Service

Sydney Rosicrucian Centre

Our physical bodies are temples within which our soul personality has the opportunity to express itself and develop on earth. The better our bodies function the greater the opportunities we have to serve humanity and develop our soul personality. Our brain, our glands, our muscles and the many complex structures and processes within our body depend upon the essential nourishment we give them to function optimally. In a short presentation, together with a sample of quality food, Peter Rowan will relate some of the important information he has learnt about food for healthy living, soul development and service from some of the world's leading authorities on this subject. Entry is free. There will be other people there besides Meetup attendees, but there is plenty of room. Bring a friend. There is no particular finish time. Hang around and chat with people of like mind.

Mystic France part 1

Sydney Rosicrucian Centre

Mystic France, a land in which the mists veil a treasure of monuments and signs of a sacred and secret tradition. Rosicrucians trace their links with the past through the stories and symbols left behind by the Knights Templars, the Alchemists and the Cathars. This presentation features some of the amazing places visited during our Rosicrucian Mysteries of France tour. The image is Montsegur, the site of the last heroic stand of the Cathars in 1244. Entry is (always) free. Enjoy some nibblies. Plenty of room. Bring a friend. There is no particular finish time. Hang around and chat with people of like mind.

We will hear some of the stories and find out about some of the symbols they left behind. Entry is (always) free. Enjoy some nibblies. There's plenty of room so bring a friend. The Rosicrucian Quest Part 1

Sydney Rosicrucian Centre

The Rosicrucian Quest is the same as what is known as the Eternal Quest. It is probably as old as humanity. It is concerned with the so called big questions. It is an attempt to make sense of our presence here on Earth in a physical body. From that grew a tradition which came to be known as the Mystery Schools. We will look at some of the centres located in various parts of the world and what their learning consisted of. Entry is free. There will be other people there besides Meetup attendees, but there is plenty of room. Bring a friend. Enjoy some nibblies. There is no particular finish time. Hang around and chat with people of like mind.
