Whether you are new to meditation or have been meditating for years, this group is for you! A simple technique is taught, experienced, and practiced. Tools for improving meditations are taught, experienced, and practiced.
The goal is to support each other in the uplifting of our whole being; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual through the combined energy of group meditation. Experience personal transformation through meditation.
