What we're about
A fun opportunity to be part of a community of like-minded people and to spend time in silence/meditation, exploring new ways of being in a friendly, light and open-hearted atmosphere.
The meetings will follow the format of a 15/20 minute sit, then about 40 minutes sharing with Will Pye on Love, Truth and wellbeing; questions be asked; mindful discussion occur or just more silence enjoyed; we follow guidance, or to put it another way, see what wants to emerge.
Will's sharing will come from this 'not-knowing' rather than any planned talk, preconceived idea or beliefs. The meetings will conclude with another 15/20 min sit. Meditation guidance or advice will be available as required, beginners and advanced practitioners equally welcome. Indeed we hope to have someone with considerable meditation experience and capacity to 'hold space' join the group and become able to lead when Will is travelling.
