If your feeling stressed, tired or anxious come along and kick back and relax and join our group of individuals who are taking time out to de-stress and simply relax. Open to all age groups you will leave feeling rejuvenated, positive and happy. I will teach you various techniques to wind down, relax and take control of your emotions.
