Mindfulness is a mind-body based approach which uses meditation, movement and breathing techniques to help us change how we think and feel about experiences.
Through mindfulness, we are encouraged to 'live in the moment' and, rather than worrying about the past or the future, we learn to embrace the completeness of the present.
Meeting weekly, this group will explore different aspects of mindfulness and meditation but will focus on practice.
