CLASS DESCRIPTION:
THIS CLASS INCLUDES A SOUND JOURNEY, GUIDED MEDITATION, ANGEL CARD READING & DISTANCE REIKI HEALING.

When you arrive, you will lie back in a luxurious meditation bed as your senses are soothed with relaxing music and beautiful lights. You will be given a warm eye mask and neck wrap that are infused with essential oils and herbs. You will also be given a citrine crystal to hold during this meditation. Citrine is a crystal that helps to awaken and balance your Solar Plexus Chakra, which is the chakra associated with self-confidence and personal power.

Class will begin with a Sound Journey. This Sound Journey will include various high vibrational instruments, such as Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Chimes. After the Sound Journey, you will be guided through a meditation that will help you tune in to your authentic self. You will be encouraged to believe in yourself and the dreams inside of your heart. You will receive guidance from your Guardian Angels that helps you to to feel confident, courageous, motivated and powerful.

Everyone who attends this class will receive an Angel Card Reading and a Distance Reiki Healing from Reiki Master, Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will infuse the light and love of God into your aura and can bring you a feeling of peace.

Come experience ultimate relaxation and Divine connection at Miracles Wellness Center! When you first arrive, you will lay down in a luxurious meditation bed, with a warm neck wrap and eye pillow that have been infused with essential oils and herbs.

As class begins, you will listen to the powerful vibrations of 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls. These vibrations will stimulate and open your 7 chakras. After the Sound Bath, you will be guided through a magical meditation intended to help you trust your journey. You will dive deep into your imagination on an “under the sea” adventure where you will release stress and connect with God’s love. You will also receive a Distance Reiki Healing during the meditation. This Healing will infuse Divine energy into your Aura.

After the meditation, your instructor, Tara Noelle Poey, will help you understand and interpret any messages and images you received while in your meditative state. An extra bonus of this class is a personal Angel Card Reading which will give you an inspirational message from your Spirt Guide!

CLASS DESCRIPTION:
After lying down in a luxurious meditation bed, you will be given a warm neck wrap, a warm eye mask and a Selenite Crystal Wand to hold. Class will begin with a soothing Sound Journey that will include Koshi Chimes, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and and a Quartz Crystal Pyramid.

Next, you will listen to a Guided Meditation that will take you on a tour through an enchanted Botanical Garden where you will meet Angels who will help you remove any negative energy from your mind, body and soul by cleansing your Aura. During this meditation, you will receive a HANDS ON Reiki Healing, from Reiki Master – Tara Noelle Poey. This Reiki Healing will allow divine light and love to flow through your body, bringing you feelings of peace and joy.

When you arrive, you will lie down in a luxurious meditation bed while being immersed in soothing lights and sounds. You will be given a heated neck wrap and eye mask which are infused with essential oils and herbs to stimulate your senses. You will also be invited to hold a selenite crystal wand that will help to raise your vibration.

During the Sound Journey Meditation, your chakras will be cleansed as you listen to a variety of instruments such as 7 Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls, a Gong, Chimes, a Hand Pan Drum, a Crystal Pyramid and more. After the Sound Journey, you will be provided with helpful guidance about how to make the most of the full moon energy. This class will also include an Angel Card Reading to provide you with a special message from your Guardian Angel.
