What we're about

I'm a mum and a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Gym memberships can expensive when you're down to one wage and booking a babysitter to get fit is out of the question....So why not workout this your baby and with other mums. Don't sit at home being lonely, come and meet other mums while you get fit. Fight the baby blues and the baby bulge with one hour of fitness training each week. You'll get great workout that includes resistance and cardio work and body/baby weighted exercises as well as targeting your tummy and pelvic floor muscles. Make some great friends for you and your baby with lots of laughs. Afterwards stay for coffee with the other mums.
