This is a group to immerse ourselves in easy holistic activities for a healthier, happier lifestyle. The goal is 'keep it simple'. Meaning doing lots of simple little actions to create positive life-enhancing habits, which is the key to ongoing optimal health.
So this group draws on my professional Nutritional, Herbal and Naturopathic tertiary qualifications, my decades of Natural Health professional experience, as well as activities for a healthy natural modern lifestyle in our increasingly technical - and at times complicated - world.
We all at times get swamped by the demands of our increasingly busy lives and it is super easy to overlook taking proper care of ourselves.
This group is not about only one 'right' way for health. It is about wanting to attain or maintain a healthier and happier way of life. Everybody is different, so different health choices work differently for each of us. I create the opportunity to explore different options for you to find what makes you healthier and happier.
Activities include health talks, meditation classes, get-together walks and talks, outings to restaurants, and little getaways or retreats.
Some activities are free, some have a small fee to cover upkeeping this site, and some are professional health coaching and getaways which have their own expenses. Find what is your fit.
