    What we're about

    How would like to know how to meditate?
    Meditation is such a calming, supportive and empowering process.

    Life these days is running at such a hurried pace.
    At times we can feel quite out sorts, unclear and possibly overwhelmed.

    The practice of meditation allows you to have a better quality life.
    The benefits are numerous: Such as- Inner calmness, clear mind, easily express gratefulness and love and feel an appreciation for life.

    I have been practicing meditation for many years, now I would like to support you in finding a way to incorporate a meditation practice into your life.

    These classes will be relaxed and informative.
    Giving you an opportunity to ask all the questions you like so you can discover how life enhancing meditation can be.

    1. New members are required to attend their first meetup within 1 month of joining and accepted in to the meditation group,

    2. Members are required to attend their next meetup event within 2 months of attending their first event,

    3. Members need to log in to our group website page within any 6 week period. Inactive members outside of the above basic membership rules will be removed. "

    After 2 no shows you will be removed from this group. If you are unable to attend an event please message me beforehand with your apologies.
