Permaculture in Action: Let's garden, swap and share lunch
We need a new co-ordinator for the Friday Sessions - Rob's moving out of town! If you have organic gardening skills and some permaculture training please step up for a session or two... Fridays from 10:30am – 1:00pm. Usually each session is creative, social, practical and intellectual. We will start at the centre of operations and gradually work our way out, with the hope of creating a vibrant, dynamic, resilient and inclusive hub for the community. We share plants, seeds, knowledge and lunch. Everyone is welcome to come along to these sessions: All we ask is that you are responsible for your self-care, and mindful to care for the Earth and other people. What to bring: Your own skills and experience, personal protection equipment such as gloves, hat and other sun protection, eye protection, gardening boots, water and a beanie/jacket if wet. Optional: A notebook and pen, some food to add to the soup. Contact: Rob Lawrence [masked] Mob:[masked] More about the community gardens at

What we're about

We're an active and enthusiastic Permaculture group for the Blue Mountains region. We support people to apply the ethics and principles of Permaculture to urban homes, community gardens and schools. Our goal is to help people be more resilient and sustainable in their daily lives with energy, water, waste, food and community. We offer monthly information evenings, garden blitzes, seed saving, sustainable living workshops, community garden support, food security, urban food growing, water and waste management and sustainable energy techniques. We also offer in depth training in how to apply the ethics and principles through our Courses and Workshops. Members organise meetings permablitzes and social events throughout the year Find out more at
