
What we’re about
This is a group for everyone who likes reading books, especially positive psychology books which help us become happier, more successful and resilient.
We meet approximately once every 6 weeks. We come together to discuss and pick one thing in the book that we are interested in applying to our personal lives, jobs, relationships, etc. Everyone can suggest books for the list, books must have a score of greater than 4 on good reads.
