Dyslexia, Depression and Vibrational Medicine
Presenter: Margaret Bridgeford Do you know someone with dyslexia? Did you know that the position of their skull bones, often misaligned since birth, could be contributing to the issue? Perhaps you know someone suffering from anxiety or depression? Skull bone misalignment may also contribute to this condition. Or it may be due to the storing of old memories that impact on the subtle energy framework of your body, thus generating unhelpful thought patterns. Join Margaret Bridgeford, a teacher and practitioner of vibrational medicine, and learn how the gentle use of sound frequencies can improve or reverse the dyslexic condition, as well as release locked up energy from old thought patterns or experiences to relieve depression and improve concentration and decision making. Margaret is also the author of ‘Eat … Think … Heal’. She frequently works successfully with clients with dyslexia, anxiety and depression. FEE: $30. PLEASE BOOK. Please book by telephoning[masked] or go online:

What we're about

The Relaxation Centre is a charity and in many ways with a big difference. We have been functioning since 1974 and we often refer to it as an ongoing experiment in communication, co-operation and exploration. It has been possible because of not only the great range of outstanding presenters but also the huge numbers of volunteers (at this time over 100) making available to thousands of others each year a unique facility.

We print 5 Programmes each year along with our Newsletter and in each of them there are over 100 courses held 7 days a week, some in the morning, some in the afternoon and many in the evening and at the weekends.

Nobody owns it – it’s unique in its vision – and simply exists to contribute and assist those who would enjoy, need and very definitely benefit from the events we offer. In addition to films, our courses assist people going through insomnia, depression, anxiety, stress, stiffness, fear, chronic fatigue and much, much more. We offer some great sessions to assist people to handle many draw, to paint, to sing, to have fun, and find ways to of the challenges of the 21st Century.

Something that is very different about this not-for-profit, charitable organisation, is that we have never asked for or received government funding. Come along and check out our Programme and see what we might have for you. An important aspect of the Centre is that nobody will ever try to sell you a Book, a CD or a DVD or attempt to get you to participate in a course. We believe that you know what’s best for you.

Events – You will see a great range of courses assisting with Stress/Anxiety and Insomnia, Overcoming Depression, Mindfulness Meditation, Building Self-Esteem, Communication and Relationship, Creativity and Personal Discovery, Encouragement and Motivation... And lots, lots more.
