I have offered and worked with this format in Southern NH and the Albuquerque area of NM for a number of years, and people of all ages employ these techniques to meditate and move forward spiritually with great results.

Every Native American Talking & Healing Circle is a little different. We always begin by smudging with sage or cedar. In our community we pass a feather around, during this time the person holding the feather has an opportunity to share what is in their heart, while the others respectfully listen. You may also pass the feather or be silent when it gets to you. This is a co-ed event, and we recommend you be 18 years of age to attend. We insist on a safe and all-inclusive space. We typically share a story, song or meditation to begin and always finish with a prayer.
We ask for a $10 donation; it helps to keep the lights on and the space warm and cozy. This is a community service, and we make no money on this event.

Come and joins us in this safe and protected all-inclusive community for honoring January's Full Moon!
The Wolf Moon is deeply connected to the themes of intuition and instinct. This period encourages us to turn inward, tapping into our innate wisdom. During this time, one might find that their intuition becomes heightened, urging a deeper understanding of oneself and a call to embrace one's primal instincts.
This full moon is also a symbol of community and communication. Just as wolves are known for their pack behavior, this lunar phase often brings forth themes of connection with others. It is a time to nurture relationships and establish stronger bonds with family, friends, and the community at large.
Dress comfortably with loose clothing. Bring a yoga matt or blanket and eye covering. Your drum and rattle of course. If you do not have one yet we have extras on hand for you to borrow. I will have the Big Medicine Drum and Big Healing Drum for all to use as a community. We recommend you be 18 years of age to attend. The fee is $20 per person.

The Art of Journeying

Journeying is a very powerful and useful innate talent. It involves gently following streams of consciousness that lead us to insights and answers (all are welcome to bring drums and/or rattles). We are able to journey through lifetimes (ours and others), histories, other planets and star systems, and into our own inner knowing to receive guidance.
This will be a fun-filled practice group. All levels are welcome!
We will focus on:

• Assisting everyone to open up intuitively
• Strengthening journeying skills
• How we can use these talents in life every day
• Tools to use for journeying
