If you are looking for ways of reducing stress and anxiety in your life, come along to yoga or meditation classes and other workshop, or even for a massage. We work with EVERY body.
Our focus is on slowing down, reducing busyness within the mind and body, keeping safe within poses, listening to your body, knowing and accepting more about yourself, working with your anatomy and your needs to reduce stress and anxiety, and to heal injury as necessary.
Be true to yourself, while taking time and making space for yourself within the busyness of everyday life.
We offer yoga classes suitable for every body - from teenagers up, if you are yet to become flexible, have injuries or are over-coming illness. Small classes tailored to those present, to allow adequate safety.
Accompanied children are welcome at outdoor classes on Friday and Sunday afternoons.
