This group was created to share, meet other people and provide a safe environment for anyone who wants to start looking into their health but doesn't know where to start.

The continued practice of yoga, qi gong, pranayama, meditation etc. will lead you to a sense of peace and well-being, a feeling of being at one with your whole self, the environment and all sources of life.

We have many teachers who volunteer their time to share their knowledge on Kundalini Yoga and Hatha yoga, Qi Gong, Pranayama, Meditation, Mudras and Mantras. <br>

Kundalini yoga is for all levels and is the 'yoga of awareness'. It aims to open your heart centre, builds strength and un-taps the energy located at the base of the spine. <br>

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga. It is the branch of yoga, which concentrates on physical health and mental wellbeing.

Qi Gong: A strong focus on conscious breathing, which will leave all feeling calm and connected. <br>

Pranayama, the regulation of the breath through certain techniques and exercises.

Mudras, are positions of the body that have some kind of influence on the energies of the body, or your mood. Mostly the hands and fingers are held in some position, but the whole body may be part of the mudra as well.

Meditation, is a practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualisation, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment.

Other treatments we offer are, reiki, shiatsu massage, kinesiology, life coaching, nutrition advice and other healing treatments. <br>

Each of these focus on reducing stress, promoting relaxation and enhancing personal and spiritual growth.
