Reminder on Registration/Waiver Requirements:
We understand that the Registration/Waiver process for our Military Outdoors events is a bit complicated. We are working hard with the decision-makers to simplify the process. In the meantime, please cooperate with us in following these procedures:
1. All participants must sign the YMCA registration/waiver. After completing your initial time, you only have to check with the YMCA Rep at each future event to get your name checked off.
2. All participants must sign the online Sierra Club registration/waiver. This should be done ahead of time online before the event by using the Campfire link found here on the Meetup site. This must be done for each event.
3. Wounded Warrior Project attendees and others from partner organizations must also complete their internal registration/waiver in addition to the YMCA and Sierra Club registration/waiver for each event.
Thanks for your understanding and patience!
