Lean-Agile budgeting and SAFe

This Stockholm SAFe meetup is dedicated to how SAFe handles financial planning in a lean/agile way. And the presenter for the evening is the Managing Director and SPCT at Nitor Delta, Rami Sirkiä.

Rami has a background as a Controller and Head of Investment Planning at Nokia and his work as well as his whitepaper "Adaptive Finance & Control: Combining Lean, Agile and Beyond Budgeting for Financial and Organizational Flexibility" is the foundation for how SAFe framework recommends managing budgets today.

Rami will be presenting his experience and perspective on lean/agile budgeting during the evening. We will also host a fishbowl with Rami and the host, Forefront Consulting will treat us to an open bar on-site at the venue after the presentation.
