"When a company's main profile is to maintain one or more PHP applications, sooner or later the time will come that you need parallel processing but won't have the luxury to implement the given functionality in a programming language of your choosing due to various reasons. In this talk I aim to show you some ways of implementing parallel processing in PHP, so that the existing PHP codebase you deal with on a daily basis can be made more performant and robust."
