In our first all-female presentation, Westpac’s Conduct Risk Analyst, Hazel Cooper and Ubank’s UX/CX lead Zoe Rosen will be joining us to discuss their perspectives. CX Advisor, Kimberly Richards from Service NSW will be MCing the event on the night.
Hazel Cooper is an experienced data analyst with previous experience fighting financial crime. She began her career in the marketing space and went on to work for Diabetes Australia in her role as a data analyst. She now works as a Conduct Risk Analyst at Westpac.
Zoe Rosen is a passionate researcher with a focus on CX Strategy utilising Design Thinking and HCD methodologies. Zoe has been working hard to build & develop UBank UX/CX research capability, championing HCD & Design Thinking across the company from leadership down & acting stand-in manager for the UXD team.
Kimberly Richards is a positive, creative and innovative problem solver who is passionate about the improvement of customer experience. She believes it can be achieved through providing considered, fun, engaging solutions and memorable content. Kimberly is currently a CX advisor at Service NSW.
