What we're about
At at time when Women are experiencing higher levels of Stress, Anxiety & Depression, it is crucial that we take time out to create a space for our own wellbeing. A place where we can gather with other women, drop the roles and masks we habitually wear and connect with ourselves and each other. The Sanctuary Women's community was created nearly 3 years ago in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney to meet this need. We open our doors each Spring, a time of new beginnings, to welcome new women to join us for 12 months.
If you feel called by this opportunity, we would love for you to join us in person or remotely. Interested in moving forward in your life? Get in touch with Belinda via firstname.lastname@example.org or Ph: 0405 625 167 for more details.
Attend three meetings as our guest to see if this is is a fit for you - Wednesday, 25 September, Wednesday, 9 October & Wednesday, 23 October.
The Sanctuary is a community of women supporting each other to reconnect with their inner calm, reflect on their life, and learn useful life skills they can easily implement to create positive change in their world.
