What we're about
We are a group of individuals who have done some levels of meditation with one technique or another, the purpose of this meetup is to maintain a regular group sitting session on weekly basis to further everyone's meditation practise. At the moment the meditation is unguided (no instructor), so we are coming together in the studio and practise a group sitting in full silence for the duration of the session (1 hr). Many of us have done one or multiple Vipassana meditation course, but the group sitting is not restricted to any one particular meditation technique or style. You are welcome to come along, join us and enjoy an hour of deep work on yourself in a group session, after the meditation session, meet some like minded people. If you have no prior experience in meditation whatsoever, you are welcome to join as well, but please make sure you make this known to the session organisor prior to participating any sessions.
