Namaste, This meetup group is for expatriate Indians and all others who are interested in India and Indian culture. It is for anyone who wishes to meet and socialize with others who share an interest, a connection, or a passion with Indian culture! Whether you were born in the motherland or you've recently grown fond of Hindi films and samosas, you can count on BNE Indian Meetup Group to put together a cool/fun/interesting meetup to get your dose of Indian-ness. We watch Indian movies, go to see Indian music and dance performances, and participate in all manner of Indian cultural events. We also go as a group to many different kinds of Australian cultural activities -- to see movies and plays, hear music, and attend dance performances and concerts. We also love to attend parties and go dancing, whether the party theme is Indian or Australian
