What we’re about

Bootcamps happen every Monday evening all year round with an average of 20-30 people per session. Every session is different and incorporate traditional bootcamp drills with Crossfit inspired exercises.

The group is mostly young professionals, Aussies and expats, and many of us hang out regularly after and outside of the bootcamps.
Similar bootcamps cost an average of $180/month, but our motto is simple: Fitness should be free and fun.

Once again we're running free (limit 20 people) bootcamp sessions weekly on Monday & Wednesday evenings in the CBD, which are sociable and centre on aerobic fitness and core body strength. What's great about group exercise is that the group provides motivation to push yourself harder than you normally would on your own and the variety of something new every week makes it fun. It's social nature also makes it a great way to meet fit people.
