Valencia Language Exchange, "Connecting internationals with locals", is a group where international people meet with locals to speak different languages, make new friends.
It helps Internationals to get to know the local culture and language and for locals it is same like when they move to an international country. 

With the collaboration of state ministry of education culture and sports, Official school of languages, city hall valencia.
