What we'll do
Joseph Yeates will start off the evening by going over the latest features in Power BI.
Next, Luca Gualtieri will be showing how to use Azure DevOps to deliver Continuous Integration and Delivery in Power BI. In our daily business we cannot wait for days, weeks, months or even longer to get our insights. We need to deliver faster!
Working agile to realize continuous delivery of results helps BI Teams to deliver artifacts to the end-user in a continuous flow. However, by continuously pushing new content to our end users, the chance for mistakes is growing exponentially.
To avoid mistakes, we can add some structure to our development and deployment processes. We can do this by working in a multi-tier process architecture. But how do we realize that with a self-service tooling like Power BI?
You will leave this session with an understanding of how to deliver Power BI reports more regularly and more reliably, enabling you to respond better to your business demands. You will be able to use this session as a reference and enhance and customize the solutions presented upon your business needs.
