Sports Meetup Vienna

Hello badminton fans!

Before you dive in, let's lay down a few housekeeping rules to ensure a smooth and fun session for everyone:

1🚀 Level: This event is for intermediate and advanced players.

2🤝 First-timers: Please reach out to the host via message before hitting that sign-up button.

3👥 Setup: We are playing on one court with a maximum of 6 players.

4🏸 Gear: Feather shuttles are on the house! Please bring your own racket, a water bottle, a towel, and ideally a spare racket.

5🕰️ Punctuality: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start time so we can step onto the court and start playing on time.

6💰 Fee: The event costs €9.50 for 2 hours. Please pay the host in cash (exact amount is highly appreciated). If you prefer to pay online, please send the host a message beforehand.

7🚨 Cancellation Policy: If you can't make it, please sign out at least 30 hours before the event starts. If you cancel less than 30 hours in advance and we cannot find a replacement, you will still be responsible for the fee (No Exceptions).

• Waitlist Note: If you are on the waitlist but have decided to join another event or can no longer make it, please select 'LEAVE WAITLIST' so others can move up.

8🚫 No-Shows: A no-show without any communication to the host will result in a ban from future events. Let’s keep it fair – a quick, short message takes 10 seconds and saves the day.

9🤜🤛 Sportsmanship: Fair play is our middle name! Be kind, encouraging, and let's keep the vibes high. Unsportsmanlike behavior or toxic attitudes will land you a spot on the blacklist. 😉

💬 Important Note for Registration:

Please write "ok" in the comments section (or in the RSVP question box) to confirm that you have read the description of the event and agree to our cancellation policy.

Get ready for some quality games, good laughs, and maybe a few accidental shuttlecock dodges (and smashes!).

Beachvolleyball 3vs3 and 4v4, 2 courts

• We (aim to) play 4vs4, and everyone is on the court ( Not 3 vs3 and 1 Person waits)

• We pllay 3 vs 3 on second court.
  we Reserve the right to adapt on the court Level and requests of Hosts and regular Players in the aim of maintaining good vibes, be inclusive and playfull.
  Games are social and fun, Not competitive!
  It is tended for welbeing, mindfulness, less devices, more fresh Air, Outdoor social and IRP conections.

• We Play 2 Games in a row in the same Team comppsition (plus a small decisive If Teams want it); after that WE mixed with the Players on the other court.

• please be mindful and announce asap if u don't come, you are late or the duration (in case u don't intend to play full time).

bring in cash:
aprox 11 Euros/Person to Cover the courts price.

In case we are 4players/ court ( this is 2 vs2) then it is 12 Euros/person .

Play with us friendly Beach Volleyball games, every Friday afternoon, 4:00 PM. ( bi weekly, the Event ist for all Levels, also we can / try to Take In, Last Minute Leute)

• IRP ( In Real Pearson) experience.
• bring your own music or Spotify list
• Sassy, Glimmer , messy, any combination u have we take it:)
• usually 2 courts, and we Play more combinations: 3 vs 3, 4 vs 4, 2 vs 2
• weekly, Friday, 4:00 pm
• price to cover the courts 11 Euros (+/-1 or 2 Euros, depending on participants)

Our main language is English++ ( we usually speak 2-3 more languages, sometimes, more)

• put in your arrival date/time/duration , in comments section bellow! (so we can adapt the number of courts, players... costs).
