What we're about

We empower and inspire Brisbane women in the agile community to share knowledge, solve problems and generate ideas in a safe environment by leveraging the diversity of the group.

Our values of Support, Share, Inspire and Collaborate are supported by the following principles:

• We commit to helping each other by listening so we can understand what it's like being in their shoes.

• We proactively come together with an open mind to achieve positive outcomes.

• We commit to creating opportunities for innovative outcomes by energetic engagement.

• We commit to creating an open environment where everyone can not only share their opinions, views and experiences, but be heard.

Lightning Talks - Round #2

Heritage Lanes

We had such a positive response to our first Lightning Talk event, we are building on that momentum and holding our second Lightning Talk event for 2023!

What are Lightning Talks?
Do you have an idea or a pitch for a talk or presentation? Lightning talks are a great way to test out your ideas with an audience and gather feedback on your idea.

The only guidance is that the talk has to have something to do with agile. It might be an experience you'd like to tell through a talk, a theory you'd like to unpack or a framework/model that you'd like to share.

Here's a great video that explains how to put a talk together (and it's delivered as a Lightning talk too!)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1ZHvIO5ecY
