Details

Women in Agile Brisbane would like to welcome women and men to attend this event - our last for 2019 - "How to speak 'agile' with your stakeholders", presented by Nadja Conaghan.

Do you sometimes feel that agile stops working as soon as you have to interact with your clients/customers? They seem to be stuck in the old and linear thinking and the “we have always done it this way” world. This is not necessarily because they resist to be agile. Most of the time, they do not really understand what agile is. And to be totally honest, often we contribute to their confusion as we interact with them in the old ways instead of role modelling the agile way of thinking and working.

So how can you help them understand and embrace “being agile”? The answer - live and breathe agile in every interaction.
We will explore and discuss how you can apply agile mindset and concepts when communicating, meeting and collaborating with your stakeholders who are new to and struggle with being agile.
