Hi,

Our upcoming meeting is around the corner, and we are super excited! And motivated, we are writing this announcement as API the Docs is just closed with a big celebration for our host of the upcoming meetup: the Adyen Explorer documentation page just won 2 prizes at DevPortal Awards! \o/ Docs do matter!

Up next, October 29th at Adyen's:

Devin Beeuwkes, developer and writer in Algolia's documentation team, will explain the problems the team encountered when scaling the Algolia documentation to 1000+ pages and how they tackled the problems. Devin will also explain how to manage code examples in Docs.

Also, Aleksei Akimov from Adyen will talk about their ways of extending markdown with shortcodes – to add more structure and consistency, as well as introduce interactive UI elements in frontend pages.
