Dear Friends,
Join, stretch your body, come out of your mind and deeply relax. Go with the flow. Synchronize your movement with your breath. In this Friday late evening class, we usually build heat, flexibility, strength, and stamina. Pranayama breathing techniques and a short guided meditation in Savasana are usually part of each of this 90 minutes classes.

The instructions will be given in English and/or Deutsch. YOUR FIRST CLASS WITH ME TEACHING IS FREE. We provide mats and props indoors. You can bring your own mat or a Yoga towel if you like.

People with some mobility limitation like back, shoulder or joint pain are welcome. Just let me know beforehand and we'll see what exercises are useful or could even improve your situation.
