What we'll do

Session with Simon Drolet who is coming from Quebec City!

Learn how to apply best practices in InDesign in order to create accessible digital content. Practical examples will be shared during the session including exercises for passing metadata to tables. At the end of the session, Simon will present Hugo ePub editor- an application to create accessible eBooks.

Speaker Bio:
Simon Drolet is a graphic designer passionate about accessibility and graphics. He was one of the early adopters for implementation of the accessibility standards in Quebec City in 2011. Simon designed the first InDesign accessibly training dedicated to graphic designers.

Simon is the founder of Direct Info - a Quebec based company specialized in Web Interactivity. He co-invented Hugo ePub editor that produces accessible, adaptive and re-editable eBooks. Simon is certified three times in color management.
