2. Players are responsible for registering for the correct session.
3. If on the waitlist, you must remove yourself if you no longer wish to attend.
4. Late cancellations (within 3 hours of the game) will incur an $13 fee unless you provide a replacement player.

• Do not cancel your RSVP if you have a substitute—simply inform us.

5. No-show members will be restricted from future games until the fee is paid.
