(Moderate) Sandia Crest Loop Hike

Details
## Details
Join me for a pleasant hike on top of the Sandia Mountains away from the heat. This route slow and steadily winds itself around the mountain range with plentiful views of the landscape and old growth forest.
🔹 Trail Overview:
The trail is a mix of several other trail paths for a 8.4 mile round-trip route with about ~1660 feet of elevation gain. The trail starts at the 10k trailhead parking and ends there after winding around the mountain backside and part of west side facing cliffs. There is no summit goal here. Consider this acclimation and distance training for those looking to hike higher elevations/going longer distances
🕒 Pace & Expectations:
Start time is at 9:00 AM and we'll look to finish at around 1:30 PM. Overall pacing should be comfortable 2.0mph or greater.
